  • How many documents are there?
    There are a total of 18 different documents, with a total of 145 pages. View the Document List page for an entire list of the documents available.

    Will these documents work on my operating system?
    We highly recommend using Microsoft Word to view and edit these documents for maximum compatibility. You will also need Microsoft Excel to edit the data file if you want to use the Mail Merge feature, which will allow you to place your company information as well as your customers information into one file and will allow you to automatically place this information in any of the documents without retyping again and again.     Will I receive the documents on a CD also?
    As well as being able to download the documents instantly after you order, you will have the option, for a small additional fee of $6.00 have the documents shipped to you on CD for safe keeping and quick access. Please note that it does not matter where you live, USA, Canada, UK, Australia, etc, the fee to have a CD shipped to you remains at $6.00, mainly to cover the cost of the CD, CD case, packing material, etc. Click here for a preview of what the CD case looks like.

    Do I have to pay for any taxes or shipping charges?
    We pay for any and all applicable taxes out of our own pocket. You have the option to have a CD mailed to you for an small additional flat fee of $6.00, no matter what country or state you reside in.

    Are there any instructions on how to use these documents?
    Yes, included is a "Help File.pdf " file within the document package. Read this for helpful information on editing your documents, including editing the Flowchart Diagram for the Website Proposals.

    Are these documents easily editable?
    Yes, our documents now feature mail merge, which will allow you to automatically place all of your companies information as well as your clients information in any of the documents included by just editing one single data file You can edit and replace any text on the documents just like any other document that you use. You can also replace the default logos with your own logo very easily. These documents do not have any read only protection or any password protection. Within minutes you could have these documents looking the way you want them.

    Are the Flowchart Diagrams in the Proposals easily editable?
    Yes, we have included 4  Flowchart diagrams (3 color, and 1 B&W) that are easily editable within Microsoft Word. 3 of the 4 flowcharts have already been included in each of the proposals. Three of the Flowchart diagrams are for new website designs or redesign website projects, and one of the flowchart diagram is specially designed for eCommerce Websites. You may find detailed information in the help file provided with the documents on how to easily edit these flowcharts.

    What country are your contracts written for? Will they work for (-insert country here-)?
    Our contracts were not necessarily written for any state, province or any particular country. Laws that govern contracts vary widely from one state to another within the United States, and of course from one country to another. Our contracts are intended as a starting point, and should be adjusted as needed. You should seek an attorney if you have any concerns about the legality of our contracts (or any contract for that matter) or whether certain issues are covered by our contracts. Our contracts are written primarily as a good-faith agreement between the designer and the client. They are primarily designed to help ensure that the client and the designer understand one another in regard to what responsibilities each party has. Most designer/client disputes are the result of having had NO contract or written agreement. They are very simple to revise to your standards.

    What forms of payment do you accept?
    Currently, we accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, Visa, (Provided by 2CO.COM) PayPal, Money Order, and Checks. Please note that you do not have to have a PayPal account in order to use the PayPal checkout. If you would rather not use PayPal at all, use the credit card (Provided by 2CO.COM) method. If you will be paying by Money Order or Check, please email us at sales@webdevdocs.com and we will email you with an invoice along with the address to send payments to.

    Do I have to have a PayPal account to purchase?
    No, you may checkout using the PayPal method without having a PayPal account. You may also use our credit card method (Provided by 2CO.COM), which does not use PayPal at all. We do recommend signing up with PayPal if you use our PayPal method to order so that you have a history of all of your transactions.

    If I pay by PayPal, will I receive the documents instantly?
    Yes, as soon as your payment has been completed through PayPal, you will receive a link instantly on the next page and to your e-mail. Please note the link is only valid for six hours, so you you should download the documents as soon as you have received the link. After the link expires you can login to the member's area and download the documents at anytime. If you purchase using a credit card, your link will be sent to your email address instantly but will not be on the confirmation page.

    Will using PayPal eCheck delay my order?
    Yes, in our experience using a PayPal eCheck may delay the processing of your order from one day and up to a week or longer. When you pay for your order via an "eCheck" through PayPal, we are notified by PayPal of the original transaction but we are also instructed by PayPal not to go through with the order until they confirm that the check has cleared. This always delays the processing of the order at least a few days and sometimes longer, since we cannot process the order until we are actually informed by PayPal that it is ok to proceed. Once we are notified by PayPal that the eCheck has cleared, the order is then processed and you will receive a link to download our product. Your CD will be mailed at this time also. Please note that it is best to avoid PayPal's eCheck when ordering on our site. If possible, deposit money into your PayPal account and let it clear before ordering to avoid any delays.

    Do you offer refunds?
    Because you cannot physically return the documents back to us, we are unable to give refunds. Another reason is because of the abuse that comes with giving money back guarantees on non-tangible goods. We promise you that you will not be disappointed with what we have to offer. Please view the free previews that are provided on our website, this will give you a very good idea on how professional these documents really are. Also, go ahead and read testimonials posted on our website from our customers, most of them can't believe our price is so low for such high quality documents.

    Do you offer full resale rights?
    No, we have decided to keep all rights to the documents, and sell them exclusively here. Those reselling or giving away our product will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, and may be reported by emailing us at sales@webdevdocs.com.

    What format are the documents in?
    All documents are in Microsoft Word (*.doc) format. If you do not have Microsoft Word, you may download OpenOffice.org, which is a free open source software. We chose the Microsoft Word format because it is the most widely used format for documents. If you do not want your files in this format, or would like them in a different format, please contact us before ordering and tell us which format you want and we will see what we can do. Please note that the documents may not come out as formatted using the OpenOffice.org software. To be able to use the full extent of these documents, Microsoft Word XP and up is preferred.     When I receive the documents, will they be in a compressed archive of some sort?
    Yes, when you receive the files they will be sent to you in a .zip format. If you have Microsoft Windows operating system you will be able to open the .zip format without downloading any special software. If you are not able to open the file, you can try using WinZip. If you have any problems please contact us and we will help. We have in the past compressed the documents into compressed files of the extension of your choice, all you have to do is ask!

    Is there a limit on how many times I can use these documents?
    No, you may use them as many times as you wish!

    If I purchase the documents, will I receive updates?
    Yes, when you order the documents from WebDevDocs.com, you will receive a username and password to access our members only control panel, where you will be able to download updates as they come available. You will be emailed every time to notify you of such available updates. Your purchase of our product gives you free updates for life.

    How does the order process work?
    Click on the "Purchase Now" link, and from there you will be able to choose how you would like to pay. You may use the PayPal method, or pay with a credit card (provided by 2Checkout.com). Click on the "Buy Now" button for the method of payment you have decided. If you use PayPal, and have completed the purchase, click on the "Return to Merchant" button on PayPal's website. This will direct you back to our site, where you will be given a download link. You will also be given a download link to the email address provided at checkout. Currently we are having problems with Yahoo emails receiving our email (and it's not going into the spam box either). If you purchase using your credit card, you will be emailed the link instantly, but will not be posted on the confirmation page to prevent fraud. Also notice that if you use PayPal, your payment will show up as "PAYPAL *RIVERWAY" on your statement. If you use a credit card, your transaction will be displayed as "2CO.COM *WebDevDoc" on your statement. If for some reason you do not receive a email with your download link, please email us and we will resend you your download link.

    Will you share my personal information with 3rd parties?
    Absolutely not! We do not give or sell any of your information, including your email to anyone.

    Is there a License Agreement I have to agree to, to be able to use the documents?
    Yes, a license agreement in the form of a .txt file comes with every document pack. You can read it by clicking here.

    In summary:
    By purchasing our documents, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license basis for personal or commercial purposes, without any rights to re-license, sublicense, distribute, assign, or transfer such license. (you are not granted copyright) to create a quantity of one copy of each document included. You may not rent, lease, loan or create derivative works based upon the documents or any part thereof to resell or loan.

    You are granted permission to:
    - Edit the document with your company information and to redistribute copies to clients, by print, email, or website or  other means of distribution.
